Tips for Download

System requirements:

The ProZES program runs on Windows systems software (Windows 8 or higher) and requires a Microsoft.NET Framework 4.6 (or higher).
No administrator rights are required to install the current version. You can freely choose the installation path, but please check whether you can access the target path for the installation.

If you have questions or need help for the installation of the software please seek advice from your network administrator. If you want, you can validate the downloaded file by its checksum. The checksum can be calculated using suitable programs and should result in the following checksum (SHA-265): 27B05AB21C8F5FD8A257C181B2DD0E18CC221BF51EDEFF794D1949CF16818D30.

If this is the case, it is ensured that the downloaded file corresponds to the file created by the publisher.

If you are interested in news about ProZES, we will be happy to inform you about current developments. Please send us a short e-mail stating your name and the desired form of address to ProZES@bfs.de.
You can of course revoke your consent to the use of your contact details at any time. To do so, send an e-mail to ProZES@bfs.de and your data will be deleted immediately.

Installation:

• Download the file "ProZESv3.1-Jan2024.bin" and copy it to a directory on your computer, e. g. "ProZES".
• Rename the file extension ".bin" to ".exe".
• Start the file "ProZESv3.1-Jan2024.bin" by double clicking.
• In rare cases, some virus scanners may display a warning message because non-signed software is about to run. This problem is known and a solution is being worked on.
• Read and accept the license agreement.
• Follow the install instructions and choose a suitable directory for the installation. You do not need administrator rights but write access is needed. In case the installation fails you could try holding "Shift" key and at the same time click with the right mouse button on the file then choose from the context menu "Run as administrator".
