Whatever the direction of approach cross the Rhine on the A 562 (Südbrücke) and take the Rheinaue exit. Head towards Plittersdorf / Bad Godesberg on Ludwig-Erhard-Allee, take the first right into Heinemannnstraße, then the second right into Jean-Monnet-Straße, and then the next right through to the turning circle.
Coming along the B9 from Koblenz it is possible to turn off directly to the Federal ministries, taking the first left into Jean-Monnet-Straße, then the next right through to the turning circle.
