From idea to project

Work Programme FP 7 (PDF) ("WORK PROGRAMME 2012 EURATOM for Nuclear Research and Training Activities"). The work programmes are developed by the Commission. They are plans for implementing the specific programmes and/or the thematic priorities and are updated at least once a year. In detail they include:
- The programme targets
- The research themes to be supported
- The type of their support
- The budget limits
- The evaluation criteria
- The probable publication data of the calls for proposals.

The Participant Portal is the current single entry point of interaction with the Research Directorates-General of the European Commission.
It hosts a full range of services that facilitate the monitoring and the management of the proposals and projects. Some of the services are for instance EPSS (Electronic Proposal Submission Service), URF (Unique Registration Facility), and the management and administration services.
The access to the Portal and its underlying services requires an ECAS (European Commission Authentication Service) account.
